Disadvantages of eBooks
Some websites have a limit on the number of concurrent viewers, so it may not be available for online viewing before homework deadlines or exams, when you need them the most.
You generally cannot save or print them.
Other Libraries
Even if UT doesn't have the book, or if all copies are checked out, you can still borrow it from another library via two methods:
Interlibrary Loan – the UT libraries will find the book and have it shipped, if you have the time. Request via
InterLibrary Services.
If you're in a rush, uou can find the book yourself via
WorldCat, and go to that library to use the book. If the library is part of
TexShare (and most colleges and public libraries in Texas are), then
get a TexShare card from the UT libraries so that you can check out the book at the other library.
